Registration

 

* A proof of student status should be mailed, prior to registration, to lida@unizd.hr.
** The Accompanying person registration permits an individual to accompany a regular conference registrant to Welcome reception, light lunches, coffee breaks, city tour and poster session with wine and cheese. It does not include excursions. The Accompanying person registration is not for individuals who would otherwise need to pay for a full registration.

The participation fees are owed upon registration and should be paid within 5 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 14 days before the starting day of the event). 

Cancellation policy and Refunds

Non-author, student Refund
Refund request should be made to lida@unizd.hr. Cancellations will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee before May 1st, 2018. NO REFUNDS will be made after May 1st, 2018. Cancellation request must be made in writing by email and sent to lida@unizd.hr

Author Refund
Author registration is non-refundable. Registration fees can be transferred to another co-author under special circumstances. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to lida@unizd.hr

Author No Shows
LIDA enforces a strict “no show” policy. Each accepted submission must be presented by at least one of the authors in-person at the conference site according to the schedule published. Any paper accepted into the program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the official program
